- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Tracking information is going to be sent once we booked your order with a courier.
- You can track the status of your order by entering the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email on our website or the carrier's website.
5. International Shipping:
- Please note that additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply to international orders, and customers are responsible for any such charges.
To keep shipping costs more affordable for our customers, we partner with a distributor in Canada. Our ScreenGuards are first shipped from the Philippines to Canada, where they are then forwarded to customers worldwide.
To optimize international shipping expenses, we consolidate orders until we reach the ideal volume. This process may take up to 15 days before your order is sent to Canada. Once it arrives at our partner facility, it will be booked with a courier for final delivery to your front door.
By following this approach, we significantly reduce shipping fees while ensuring your order reaches you safely and efficiently.
In specific circumstances listed below, we will process a refund for the cost of your ScreenGuard; however, the international shipping charges will be deducted from the total amount you paid:
- -You refused the delivery.
- -The courier was unable to contact you.
- -The address provided is invalid or cannot be located.
6. Shipping Restrictions:
- We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations.
- Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory requirements. Any such restrictions will be noted on the product page.
7. Delivery Issues:
- While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery of your orders, we are not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
- If you encounter any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact us promptly, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
- Damaged Product - We will send a replacement immediately. However, we kindly request a photo of the box showing the damage upon receipt. Additionally, we would greatly appreciate it if you could document the unboxing process with a video. This will assist us in filing a claim with the courier.
8. Order Changes and Cancellations:
- Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

- If your ScreenGuard doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll refund the FULL PRODUCT PRICE (The amount you paid less Tax and Shipping Charges)— no hassle, no worries.
